A great sight for sore eyes

Jackson Hammond has just rebranded Heath Optometric, our local independent opticians. They wanted their brand to reflect the friendly, professional and modern service that they provide to their clients.

We are currently working on a new website and look forward to launching it later this year.

Triple terror!

Jackson Hammond has just designed and produced a series of three leaflets for Dudley Zoo to launch their Halloween events for 2011. The events include a family Ghost Hunt and The Carnival of Darkness – spooky stuff!

We are currently working on the Christmas literature too – yes, Christmas! Where has this year gone?

A double deal

The People’s History Museum and MOSI teamed up with Jackson Hammond to produce a leaflet to promote both the Manchester venues. The leaflet highlights the educational sessions available for Primary and Secondary schools and has been well received by both Museums.

Not so new Mills…

For the 9th consecutive year, JacksonHammond have donated artwork and production for the New Mills Festival leaflet.

The 2011 festival theme is ‘nature’, and organisers hope the wonderful natural environment which surrounds New Mills will inspire people to create their special lanterns for the annual lantern procession, which takes place on Saturday September 24.

As always, there will be a wide range of new events and old favourites, hosted by local community groups, including music, magic, poetry, exhibitions, arts events, open days, talks, walks, sports and lantern-making workshops.

A festival of fun

Staff from The Co-operative Bank are organising a FunFest in aid of The Co-operative’s Charity of the Year, Mencap. Jackson Hammond not only designed and produced the posters, webpage and tickets, but we are also donating prizes and gifts, generously donated by our clients. The team here at JH are setting up our own stall selling home made cakes and preserves and all our takings will also be donated to Mencap.

The FunFest will be held at the Red House Farm, Dunham Massey, Altrincham on 11th September and will be packed with fun activities for the whole family including a giant maize maze, the biggest bouncy castle in the North West, a rock climbing wall, live music and stalls offering handmade crafts and locally sourced food. It should be a great day out so why not come along? For more information about FunFest visit www.co-operativebank.co.uk/funfest
