SheilaSheila Hammond
Managing Director

Company founder Sheila is a BA Graphics graduate and worked in London before returning to Staffordshire in 1979. Although predominately responsible for the overall management of JHD, she is also very involved with the creative process. Sheila loves travelling, cooking, photography and the occasional glass of chilled Rosé.

Martin

Martin Lockett
Designer

Martin has been with JHD for over 24 years and has a real passion for his work. A graduate of Salford University, Martin is an integral part of our studio and keeps us all smiling with his banter.

Ann

Ann Nicklin
Company Secretary

Finance, Sales and Administration Ann has worked with us for over 20 years. She is the Company Secretary and her primary duties are those of Financial Controller. In addition, Ann is also involved in sales, copy reading, proofing and day-to-day administration. Ann is a founder and trustee of the Manna House charity and in her spare time loves to relax with her Pastor husband and two grown-up children.

Katie

Katie Peake
Designer

Graduating from Staffordshire University in 2008 and joining us soon after, Katie is a real asset to the design team with great creative and artwork skills. She loves the great outdoors, walking, camping and getting lost out there too.

Doreen

Doreen English
Sales and New Business Manager

Doreen is our newest member of staff and in a very short time has secured new business and clients at an extraordinary rate. Her friendly personable manner has won over many a steely marketing heart! Her passions include theatre, cake and community projects especially feeding homeless and vulnerable folks.

Carol

Carol Manifold
Client Services and Administrator

Carol deals with all jobs that arrive in the office, from new projects to reprints for existing clients. She maintains the company databases and produces estimates, purchase orders and invoices. Carol enjoys keeping fit, gardening, spending time with her family and is a Beaver helper with her local Scouts group.

Johnathan

Johnathan Scane
Designer

Another graduate from Staffordshire University, Johnathan is a very talented and conscientious designer. Methodical and precise, John’s strengths lie in his ability to read beyond a brief and create innovative solutions. He loves spending time with his family and has a passion for music too.
